FLIGHT is the IHS ultimate frisbee team. Ultimate is a sport played in a field that looks like football, with the pace of soccer, and a personality all its own. Ultimate is played from middle school through middle-age. Both boys and girls teams practice twice per week starting late fall and through the spring semester. While we occasionally have weekday scrimmages with other local teams, most competitions are travel weekend tournaments around the southeast and midwest region.
